it moves on its own scale and jumps back every hour to reset.
HANDS POSITION
Minute hand is positioned at 6 o'clock. Second hand at the Center
and the Hour hand at 12 o'clock. These 3 hands are separated independently.
They are all aligned at the top of the dial.
